- The event I choose to talk about is the California mudslides.
- In January, a massive mudslide occurred killing over 21 people. This all started when the states largest fire occurred, the Thomas fire.
- The people that lived in the community of Montecito and Santa Barbra were effected by the mudslides. Some lost there home
- The U.S. forest fire is helping to clean up the mess and possibly get people back to their home
- The mudslides relate to me and others because some people might know someone or are related to someone that was in the mudslide.
