I agree with Victor Hugo's statement. In order for something to by right it has to be the entire truth. If you tell a partical-lie then you are telling a whole lie. You are telling a whole lie because you are not saying the entire truth. An example of telling a lie is when you cheat on a test to get a good score and you tell the teacher you did it all by yourself. This is a partical-truth because you did some problems on your own, but not all. An example of doing something right is getting the answers wrong on the test and learn that from now on you have to study.
