I agree with Emerson's statement. How you act as a person is more important than your intelligence. The most important thing is how you act around others and how you treat others. An example for this statement comes the North Carolina basketball team. When it comes to recruiting new players one of the things he looks at is their character. The first thing he looks at is if they have talent. If they have talent he looks at their character. Character is very important because if you don't have character you can't be a good teammate.
